Good room-darkening curtains, refrigerator.

We had to sit outside of the room to get the Wifi signal. There were holes in the wall where it looked like something had been removed and they were not patched. There was no vent fan in the bathroom (but there was a window that could be opened). It looked like the tile in the bathroom was painted over and the paint was chipping. At least the sink was new and clean. The place was clean enough but we felt they didn't take a lot of pride in creating a presentable establishment.

Good value. Refrigerator and Microwave in room. Comfortable outdoor seating.

Great location for Acadia National Park: easy access to the Hulls Cove entrance without having to deal with Bar Harbor traffic. Equally easy access back to 198/102 and down into the "Quiet Side" of Mt Desert Island. Room was clean and comfortable. (The bathroom sink looked like it was coming up to the top of the list of things to be replaced, but everything worked and it wasn't a problem.) Reserved parking space for each room a plus. Friendly and very helpful staff. Pretty site, set back a bit from the road, with green space and birch trees between you and Route 3.
