Fantastic location and a ery nice upper class hotel Very service minded

Room was really small and had no view, can't say its the has the best quality/price ratio. The gym was surprisingly much better than expected, and has almost everything you need. Location is super.

It was an excellent stay in Kyiv. The staff is really supportive, especially Ms Lina in the reception.

Great location and very helpul staff. Within walking distance to the historical city centre. Our request for late check out was answered without hesitation. I ordered a light dinner (bruchetta, salad) from room service menu: great food, high quality and very quick service. Lots of healty options for breakfast. Definitely a default choice for the next trip to Kiev.

It is alright but dull and overpriced in its category. Importantly, no recognition of Expedia VIP programme.

The hotel is one of many in its category. Relatively new. Relatively well preserved. Quite good location. As a regular visitor of Kiev I decided to give it a try. One and the last. The look and feel from lobby to rooms is quite depressing, with heavy colour scheme and excessive use of wood veneer in a failed attempt to look premium. Staff are nice but disempowered. I checked in as VIP Gold Expedia customer and did not get any of the declared benefits. The chap at reception tolerated my discontent but was not able to help as only the manager can change room allocation (and is was almost 3:00 AM so no manager in sight). I complained and got no response. Given the price is at the higher end of the range for its category, best is to stay clear unless they have the last rooms available in town.

Really nice place to stay. Location location location - next to everything. Stuff very friendly and helpful, room nice and clean. Staying there feels like staying in high end luxury place but the price is just normal. I will thing about this hotel first before doing any booking in Kiev.

The staff was very friendly and professional, especially the receptionists. The room was great, and the location of the hotel could not be better.

Cityhotel will try its best to find anything on you to charge you huge fees. Try to avoid this hotel at any cost, there are many other better options than this.

I stayed at this hotel many times over years, never did they offer any upgrades or mentioned vip status, Food room service only works till 10pm instead of 24/7 as it used to be, breakfast variety is more limited, one slow coffee machine makes people stay in line for a cup of coffee
