Cityhotel

I stayed at this hotel a number of times and it is always great experience. The team is very helpful and professional. Very central location, and without major traffic jack as others in the center.

I had my business trip to Kyiv in July. Experience with cityhotel started not from the good point. But it is amazing when the staff knows their work well. Reception administrator Irina has solved the problem in a very professional way, totally changing my perception of the hotel. Thank you so much. It is how it should be. In total a very good location, balcony, comfortable bad and pillows. Good choice for a short business trip.

The hotel was fine. Nothing special, but a perfectly adequate place to sleep. The returant on the 15th floor is very nice. Worth a visit!

We have been to this hotel for the first time and our very first time in kiev. Very very friendly and friendly staff. Our arrival was at night and everybody was very helpfull. Location is in the centre of the city. Delicious breakfasts.

Good location. Everyone speaks english at the desk. No adapters for my pc. Great breakfast.

Wonderful experience 😊

Have stayed in many Hotels in Kyiv during the years, but mainly Chain Hotels related to Bonvoy (Marriott), Hyatt or Radisson. However paying around 200€/night when staying several nights gets expensive. So I tried CityHotel in March 2021, and it is more reasonably priced and it was really really good. Room was nice and spacious, the Cafe/Restaurant on ground floor was great and the service from staff was really great. Yes not everything worked 100% to normal due to Covid, but they kept everything clean to make guests feel safe. I did not try the Restaurant on the top floor, but it should have a very nice view of the city. I will sure stay again.
