Clean hotel, super accommodating staff. This is my second stay here, love the location. Restaurant is great and gym has good equipment. Massage therapist is very good too. Would stay here again.

Good hotel in a good area, many restaurants within walking distance, small rooms but comfortable, the only issue was that no VIP benefits were offered when checked in, although expedia claimed that it was included.

Very cozy hotel. We rested aJunior Suite and it was spacious. The hotel staff are very attentive. Breakfast and dinner menus are great. Although most businesses were closed due to Covid lockdown, the hotel’s location is ideal for walking with shops and restaurants and parks nearby. My only complaint would be the shower did not drain properly and in the evening the water would accumulate and developed an odor.

I recommend this hotel in Kiev. The localisation is perfect to visit all the nice place in Kiev by walking . Staff professional and kind. Hotel is very nice and room are very cozy. Everything is perfect. My favorite hotel in Kiev.

It was really pleasure stay at City Hotel! I enjoyed their atmosphere and attention to details. Due to Covid-19 staff did everything to feel safety: food was delivered to room by guy with mask, everything is clean and under control. My bed was so comfortable that I wanted the same for my apartment and the view from the room was incredible. Restaurant was closed because of the quarantine and I think it was the main minus, but the only one. Staff on reception is very friendly and assist you with all you need. It was not my first stay in Kiev, but first at this hotel, and for sure not the last one. Absolutely recommend it!
