Clean comfy room

Paying extra for parking. Originally charged twice for room luckily a reception member rectified it when l brought it to his attention. Breakfast not up to usual standard had to find member of staff to get cutlery, coffee machine not working properly, had to ask for bacon and bread as none out no bananas left just cpl wrinkled apples, tables needed clearing /cleaning

The staff were very helpful and great customer service. The hotel was exactly where I needed to be as I was picking up a car nearby.

The breakfast was a farce. No tables were cleared .we had to do this . Waited 10 minutes for bacon only to be told that no more was being made because they were to busy . They must know how many guests they have checked in.

I got given a room that was somebody else's and I was able to enter the room that wasn't mine. I also got locked out of my room because the battery stopped working and had to wait a while until the staff came to change it, was such a huge inconvenience. Although she managed to change it neither of them was confident with it so had to wait 20 minutes for them to find the things and understand it. Secondly, the breakfast situation was havoc. There was no clean tables when we came down, there was no breakfast left and there was plates and dishes everywhere. No waffle mix left and when asked about more bacon coming out she said we don't have the time to make anymore this was at 9am and breakfast finishes at 10am. They also said they didn't know there would be this many people but it wasn't a lot of people and you would have had the numbers of people from when they booked because it was complimentary breakfast. They felt severely understaffed and unprofessional, the one person who was cleaning was so rude.

Safe combination changed during fire alarm was only allocated 1 key refused to give 2 after fire alarm went bk to safe pin had changed and items missing asked for cctv but no help was given
