Nice clean room, comfy beds, friendly staff

One poor staff member trying to cope with a breakfast service by herself, meaning all tables were stacked with dirty dishes while she did her best to try and struggled to keep the buffet topped up. We barely ate and instead tried to help clear a couple of tables. I don't understand why no one else working in the building couldn't help her for an hour.
