Joli appartement traditionnel au cœur de Kyoto qui vous fait plonger dans l’ambiance japonaise. Les équipements sont très complet et les futons confortables! Plusieurs combini et un arrêt de bus à la sortie de l’appartement en font une très belle adresse!

L’heure d’arrivée est limitée à 20h et ça a été un peu compliqué pour nous d’arriver à temps et il faudrait vraiment prévoir des serviettes de toilettes parce que cela fait partie des équipements de base que les hôtes doivent normalement proposer aux voyageurs !

Location was great - close to attractions and with convenience store at front door. Checkin was easy. Room was spacious, comfortable for a family of 4 and something a little different to the standard hotels. There were bikes and umbrellas to use and the rooftop garden made for relaxing spot for an afternoon beer.

There were no towels.

We had a fantastic experience staying in this traditional Japanese house! The house was well-equipped with many amenities, making our stay very comfortable. Having convenience stores right next door was incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks and essentials. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy, authentic atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location was also great, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. We would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

The only thing was that there were no bath towels.

One of the best places I have been to. Lovely hospitality and an amazing place in a great location - it's right next to a bus stop and walkable to a couple of stations. Super near to the shops and in a decently local area with good access to tourist attractions / Gion / central areas while being quite quiet. The house itself was quite spacious with the loveliest little garden upstairs.

The property is clean and has so much space. There are separate areas so you can sit at the dining table or the lounge area or upstairs in the bedrooms. It is very quiet although it is a shopping area. Great location.

A little ryokan in the city center, suitable for 4-5pax young adults and gathering. Love this place much!

Not good for elderly, the tatami is at attic the stairway could be challenging. The rest all good and as per description.
