Paraje incomparable! Es de los hoteles mas bonitos en los que hemos estado jamas. Tiene unas vistas y una puesta de sol preciosa. El personal es súper amable, atento y servicial.

Lo único el camino para llegar es difícil. Nosotros somos una pareja de ir a nuestro rollo con moto y cuando vimos ese camino nos pusimos las manos en la cabeza! Era imposible de hacer con moto. Pedimos al hotel de cancelar la reserva los días posteriores pero no te devuelven el dinero. Estuvimos a punto de irnos igualmente, pero la recepcionista nos ayudo muchísimo y nos dio opciones para poder hacer lo que queríamos de manera gratuita (nos bajarían en coche cada día hasta el final del camino para poder coger la moto). Finalmente conseguimos probar de subir y bajar una y otra vez nosotros solos con la moto. Yendo poco a poco y con cabeza lo consigues (pero has de ser atrevido).

Beautiful property, very lush and private. I like that it’s only a few villas it was tranquil.

- the villa is only accessible by 4x4 up a hill and it made us dependant on their high cost transport fees. 800php each way from town, a taxi is 400php BUT they would not go up the hill. And that walk is muddy and dark at night. - we organised a transfer from the airport but the 4x4 from the resort had a flat battery so we had to wait over an hour for it to be fixed - without clear communication (they kept telling us 5more minutes… if it is one hour just tell me and I can read a book 😂) - the hot water did not work. They kept saying they’d put the generator on, still no. Then on our last day we were told there was a “trick” to use the shower that no one showed us. - all of these events happened and no one seemed apologetic and offered us a drink or anything at all.

The view was the highlight of our stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was very delicious.

The facilities are a bit outdated and the location was futher from town than we thought. Our first day, there was a problem with transportation and we had to walk uphill as they had no alternative. The laundry was very expensive and we had several ruined pieces of clothing. Their menu was extensive and tasty but they ran out of a lot of things (i.e. salad)

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was frustrating enough to speak up. First off, the road leading to the hotel is in awful condition—unpaved, full of potholes, and barely accessible unless you’re in a heavy-duty vehicle. Transportation options are extremely limited, and the hotel’s shuttle service is outrageously overpriced for the short and rough trip. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with attitude instead of hospitality. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. Once we got to our room, we discovered there was no Wi-Fi access—something you'd expect to be basic in any hotel nowadays. The food was another major letdown. It honestly felt like cafeteria food at best. Overall, between the poor access, unhelpful staff, bad food, and lack of basic amenities, this place is completely overrated and not worth what they charge. I won’t be coming back and definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

We had a very lovely, quiet stay here. The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The view was spectacular!

The hot water in the bathtub didn’t work nor did it fill up all the way. There was no wifi or cellular in the villas; we had to go to the common area to use the wifi. The location made it difficult to arrange rides and the ride up the hill was extremely rough and rocky.
