The owner was so warm and welcoming! The location was perfect for the Goodwood races and it was great to wake up to a fantastic view. The breakfast was delicious.

"All in all a great relaxing stay."

A perfect location, expansive views towards Arundel Castle, walks from the door, Red Kites overhead. Lovely comfortable bed and so quiet for a great nights sleep. Caroline was an amazing host and provided a lovely breakfast basket each day. The George pub in Burpham is just a 10 minutes or so walk and would recommend the sticky BBQ brisket.
