The Cow Hide

Caroline provided a lovely breakfast hamper than included everything we needed for the morning along with some extras like cookies and bottles of water near our bed. I was also attending a wedding and Caroline gave me a scarf to match my dress the minute I met her! The best host ever! This property comes with so many little features that just make you feel at home and Caroline has done so much to make our stay perfect. Best getaway we’ve been on!

We loved everything

Caroline has great pride in her cottage and so she should! You can see her care and attention to detail in everything. The cottage is cosy, super clean, with high quality bedding and towels and her breakfast is delicious :) the view is amazing and the biggest selling point, it doesn't disappoint! Thank you Caroline!

Absolutely delicious breakfasts with fantastic variety. Stunning garden backing on onto the fields perfect for relaxing. Easy access into Arundel and surrounding countryside. Went to The George for dinner - delicious!

Quite expensive but relative

The location was excellent, would give higher than 10 if I could. The property had everything needed for a short stay, and it was so convenient for exploring the local area and the coast. The breakfast was very good, made even better by having amazing weather so we could sit out on the patio with the beautiful view. It was lovely watching all the wildlife, rabbits and birds, then seeing bats at night and hearing the owls. Local pub is very welcoming. Arundel castle is a must. And thank you Caroline for the jump start once we found the right terminals! it was above and beyond!

Spotless, spacious and very quiet, it is beautiful accommodation with amazing views. Caroline is a fantastic host, couldn’t do enough for you, will definitely come back and stay again.

Fabulous accommodation in a calm and peaceful area with a breathtaking view over the fields towards Arundel Castle. A very comfortable bed and an amazing tasty breakfast hamper. A perfect place in which to celebrate my birthday and to relax and unwind. With thanks to Caroline, a super friendly and welcoming host.

Cute and comfortable little place. The breakfast was amazing; the host was lovely - communicative, helpful, friendly. The view was beautiful. The pub in the village is absolutely excellent.

Parking is fine but a little manoeuvring required if you have a big car. Shower temperature can be variable but it's a good shower :)
