Trailway Motel

The workers are so rude its crazy the walls were black, sheets had burn holes and smelt like stank bugs... id never ever go back unkess i was desperate worse hotel ive ever been to. Yuck!

The property was fair

We walk in and the fridge and microwave are unplugged- plug them in. Microwave works fridge eventually we realize does not work. We plugged it into a different outlet, did not work. Food we bought went bad. Water was so freaking cold. Tub was disgusting. Curtains were blackout but there were rips and holes and looked like it had been mauled. Cigarette burns in the sheets and thin blankets. Charged me $90 for this crap hole. There was a nice lawn chair in the room to sit at the table. Worst thing of all was there was absolutely no hot water. At all. It was lukewarm at very best and kept shooting out freezing cold water. Do not waste your time. We didn’t even want to touch the washcloths or towels but didn’t have a choice. Never again. 0/5 stars all I want is a clean bed and a nice warm shower! I don’t expect much else!

Per the hotel.com mostly 3 star reviews we thought this would be an ok stop for one night. You could tell they have been making improvements but the bathroom was dirtier than a gas station public restroom. Also we woke up to a leaking bathroom ceiling and no one in the office to tell about it. If you look up reviews not on hotels.com it gave a more accurate picture of the hotel. Mostly 1star.

The room was dirty. Water was leaving through the roof no one one wanted to fix it or give us a different room. black mold every where.

Trailway has a microwave for the entire property outside downstairs next to the dryer, washer is inside next to ice machine, there was a big crack in the shower wall, they still use keys for the door with a chain lock, their are dead bolts but the bolt is missing. Saturday night some one blared rap with heavy bass until midnight. There are a lot of long term residents.

Worst experience of my life! Broken toilet seat broken light switches tv didnt work trash under bed it looked like a landfill toilet didnt flush right shower didnt work u either had scalding water or ice cold no in between nasty looked like it hadnt been cleaned since the early 80's sheets had hair on them and not mine stained towels pillows so flat the even double over they were useless rude front desk person i mean at what business do u yell what do u want to a paying customer. If i hadnt already paid for the room beforehand i would have found other lodging i slept n the car it was so disgusting
