Customer setvice was horrible. And place was so nasty they had roaches in one room i saw

A couple of days after staying here i was covered in bed bug bites. Avoid this place.

I had bites in the morning on my legs, and outlets looked like fire hazards, door lock was broken, the sheets was not changed. they did not wash sheets and dont have proper machines to clean laundry. even ice maker was broken. they did not keep their word on a agreement also. Staff was never around. For $10.00 more i stayed at the days inn with beautiful bed and everything in the room, and everything was clean, always staff to help you.at days inn. DONT GO TO TRAILWAYS, DISCUSTING PLACE, FIRE HAZARD , NOT EVEN A ONE STAR HOTEL, ZERO STAR, THEY HAVE BUGS, HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND CODE ENFORCMENT SHOULD GO THERE.

Bedbugs. I wanted to be ok with a low rate for a simple night’s stay, even if the room wasn’t great, but red itchy bumps on arms legs and body las me to say stay away if you can.

Not sure where to begin. First the bad: 1. No deadbolt, only a chain on door. 2. Vintage design with cosmetic makeover. 3. Little more than refuge from the weather. 4. Had to stack furniture in line to block door while I tried to sleep. 5. Constant commotion in parking lot & foot traffic outside door. 6. Sketchy neighborhood. The good: 1. Manager on duty was a really nice lady 2. Price 3. Decent TV 4. Directly across road from convenience store & bus stop. 5. Good shower You would never knowingly choose this place.

Bed was horrible. Not comfortable. Room smelled like smoke. Floor was dirty. Bathroom had cracks in the wall. It was in close proximity to my mom and brother. Thats about it.

The weather was beautiful outside and I was able to have the door open and the fresh air come in and it was nice to be able to look out the door from my room and feel he nice brreazr that came in while I watched tv
