The suite room we had was okay except that there was trash in the trash can and used towel left behind by the previous guest when we checked in.

The location was in the heart of Nashville.

A free room upgrade would have been nice for the inconvenience of being displaced the night that we arrived. We were informed by management that a refund would be processed for our 1st night's fees. As a gesture from the hotel a small gesture for our anniversary would have went a long way.

Clean and the room was nice and roomy. All staff were friendly and welcoming.

We experienced the most courteous, respectful and professional hospitality from the staff at StayBridge Suites, during our visit to Nashville.

My vacation with my partner was awesome! The one bedroom king suite was clean comfortable and very nice! Staff was great! Everyone was friendly and greeted us in the halls as they walked by. Fartun was at the desk when we arrived and she was phenomenal! Went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the first day! She always greeted me with a smile and a hello as if we were old friends! Josh was also very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The head of happy hour at the bar was also very friendly. Im sorry I forgot his name, but super nice and helpful with downtown attractions! Will stay here everytime I come to Nashville! Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality!!! 5 Stars!

The property was very convenient and comfortable. We had a corner room with a kitchenette. The bed was so soft and clean. We didn’t use the kitchenette as much has we thought, but it was helpful to warm up leftovers and make dinner the one day we were too tired to leave the room. The location was a very short drive to broadway, 12 South and museums. For being a family style hotel, it was very quiet. The pool was clean with warm water and attached to a patio area with grilling. My wife use the gym facilities that 24hrs and we use the complimentary laundry but bring your own detergent and fabric softener from home to save. Cleaners came in every day while we were out to remove trash, fix the bed and leave from towels and toiletries. Full service on weekends. Definitely great value we stayed 4 nights for $600, with all amenities its was worth it since we were being savvy for this trip (roadtrip). The staff were absolutely amazing! Such great hospitality. I could tell it made a difference with guest because everyone was in such a great mood and so neighborly. It is pet friendly for a flat fee for the stay and with how quiet and comfy the place was it made us regret not bringing our dog who is still getting use to staying away from home. I recommend this stay if you are looking for good value for an affordable stay, convenient location to all the popular Nashville spots and great staff.

There was complimentary breakfast which was a plus for saving money and the selection changed daily however the quality was a lot worse than i expected. I’ve stayed at more affordable hotels with better quality food and cooking. There was a free soft drink and apps happy hour Monday-Wednesday along with a bogo happy hour at the restaurant/bar in the lobby which was nice to start our night started but also low quality. Not so much of a downside but coming from Puerto Rican Chicagoans, highly recommend to bring seasonings if you plan on really using the kitchenette. My only other complaint was the check in procedures. The staff that check us in was amazing but again as I always experience with hotels stays, a lot of information is not properly listed for you to be prepared. The parking is on site but paid parking which i knew, around $130 for our stay, however it’s lumped in with the incidental fee which made it $200 in total out of pocket at check in. Highly recommend booking your stay with parking ahead of time so you don’t have to worry about it day off especially because there is no other parking options and it was truly comfortable and convenient parking. Another thing that was annoying to find out at check in was they have issues working with Chime. All my wife and i have are chime accounts, so really any online only banking like Chime will be an issue. The staff member told us sometimes they have issues accepting it at all which was very unsettling but thankfully it worked. They also let us know that we were receive the $200 incidental fee minus the parking used once we check out but with Chime it tends to take 30 days from check out instead of the typical same day or 3 business days.
