I recently did a review of this hotel on Google and gave it 1 star. Ultimately, it has nothing to do with the amenities of the hotel at all. I was signed up for rewards without my consent. I would have stopped there, but a quick Google search shows that IHG has created a corporate culture of rewarding employees for signing up their rewards. I’m going to be honest, the details I’ve read indicate there should be lawsuits filed against IHG. I am a young man and have hopefully many hotel stays ahead of me, but I will be telling everyone I know to avoid IHG. This company cannot be trusted with your personal information and undoubtedly sells it. The amount of emails, phone calls, texts messages, and even letters in the mail since has been ridiculous. The reason we stayed here is because my son is getting treatment nearby at Vanderbilt Children’s hospital. An already stressful time that has completely uprooted our lives is being further inconvenienced with the constant harassment from IHG and whomever they sell your data to. I will make sure anyone I know avoids any IHG hotels at all costs. There are plenty of other hotel chains. It would be wise to stay somewhere else.

Great hotel! Clean and spacious room! Hotel shuttle with Maurice is a great perk! Hotel bar/lobby is a nice area to relax and unwind after the day on Broadway.
