Staybridge Suites Nashville - Vanderbilt Area by IHG

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and public areas were very clean. Breakfast was decent, it was nice that they changed up the offerings over the course of my stay. On-site parking was convenient. Dominique, the AGM at the front desk when I arrived, was extremely friendly and helpful with thoughtful food recommendations and insights into getting around town. She's an excellent ambassador and the embodiment of great hospitality at the hotel.

The booking was a little overpriced for the area. Midtown is a great spot to base your activities out of, but should be a little less expensive than the hotel charged. The bed was sloped and a bit uncomfortable.

The room I get was to noisy I couldn’t sleep at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! We chose this place for location and price. The downfall - had very little hot water for our showers and had to wait over an hour for the shuttle.

Fartun went above and beyond for me. I have been coming here to receive cancer treatments. She knows this and was so very thoughtful to get me in a room as close to the elevator as possible. You are lucky to have her as a team member and she makes my stay here less daunting as I fight cancer.

Changed me a Extra $35.00 for parking , NO PARKING! Stuck with no option, Way over priced!

The property was very convenient and safe.

Definitely higher priced than I would normally get, but I wanted this suite with the extra bed so I figured we were gonna pay more. I like embassy suites with the nicer breakfast when I’m paying this much though.

It was clean

No ice for breakfast , out of oatmeal , breakfast was cold on second day shuttle is never available. Main thing is clean . And always is clean .

Temple is a wonderful receptionist! She answered all of our questions and maintained such a positive attitude. She truly brightened up the atmosphere and deserves a raise for going out of her way!!
