The Minuteman Inn

The sheets showed stains that didn't completely wash out so I had to sleep in my clothes. The shower looked terrible and I wouldn't get into it. The price was too high for the quality.

While dated, this traditional 70's-type motel had what we needed for traveling with our dog. There were grounds for children to play and dogs to walk. No coffee or breakfast. My only real complaint would be the extremely strong odor from the cleaning solution.

We wanted a place to stay near West Concord without breaking the bank, and the options are pretty limited in the area. We later learned that under a previous management, The Minuteman had a bad reputation among the locals. We're very pleased to report that an immigrant family, cute kids & all!, runs the business very well. They really care about the property and it shows. Everything was clean and they were very courteous. We wish them all the best! Great option for those of us on a budget.

It was a no frills room that was reasonably priced and in the general location that I want to be at. If there had been other options I would have taken it. The room was nice. Bathroom was small. The walls were thin. Refrigerator was cold. Coffee maker was in the room. My only complaint would have to be the dirty washcloth on top of the shower head. It was a typical motor court from the '60s. The staff appeared friendly. Did have a slight problem understanding the person at the counter when I checked in. All in all it was an okay stay.

Check in was quick. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. Me and my family definitely enjoyed our stay here and will be returning for another stay.

It was a convenient stay. The room had a smell (nonsmoking room but seemed like with a mild smoke smell). The bed was good, but the rest kind of modest.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, decent rates!

Problems with other guests banging and screaming late at night no power for two days due to storm room not cleaned for 3 days no clean towels

The bedroom floor was sticky because it had a lot of wax on it.

Hair was left on pillows and in shower. Found two bugs on the pillows and a dead bug in the closet section.
