Exellent location, quiet. Clean.

Fire alarms were missing at apartement. Sleeping room was too cold and eletricity turned off when we turned extra radiator on . The radiators at the wall in living room were scary: eletricity system was pretty kaputt and both leaked oil. We contacted owner and canceled our stay. The owner must to fix fire safety before renting it to people.

We really appreciated the location

The apartment is in an old building with an old electric circuit. The problem is that even though the listing shows a full working kitchen (something that was really important for us), the reality is quite different. As soon as you turn on more than one stove, the lights go out, same with the oven. As a result, you can't really cook for 8 people. We had to order some food at the last minute and for the next day we also had to go out to eat. This meant spending much more than we expected (8 people eating out is not cheap). The owner offered 10% (which is about 28 euros), and it is clearly not enough... The listing included the dishwasher, and it wasn't there....

Location was excellent, and the price was great. With a big friend group it was fun that all the beds were in the same room. The apartment was clean. Recommend for a friend group or a family!

The bathroom was poor design since there was no shower curtain or walls, so showering made the whole bathroom floor wet. There was a TV but the channels didn’t work (also no ChromeCast or anything to stream with) so the TV was basically useless. The master bed was quite creaky and noisy. The apartment was for 6 people but there were only 4 chairs at the kitchen table.
