Luxury Suites - Old Town

It's hard for me to write a review of this accommodation, as we ended up being moved to another place. When we arrived at this contactless check-in property, the apartment was completely uncleaned after the previous guests. It also took a while to get in touch with the manager. But when we finally did get in touch with the manager, to his credit, he quickly found us a replacement and moved us to another hotel. Everything was fine at the other hotel - no complaints at all. So I have slightly mixed feelings - on the one hand, the problem was solved quickly and efficiently, but on the other hand, we stayed for one night, we had an early check-out, and if we had arrived a little later, then instead of getting a few hours' rest before our next trip, we would have had to solve problem with accommodation at night, and whether we would have been able to do that is still a question.

In general, the whole situation is described in the previous point. I can only add that there can be various failures in property management - this should be treated philosophically. In our particular case, the main problem was that we needed accomodation for only one night: we came in the evening, left in the morning. And to find yourself at that moment in an apartment with dirty, overturned bed linen from the previous guests is definitely not something you would like to encounter.

TV didn't work, otherwise no problems.

Excellent value for money. Location was suberb.

We loved the location in the old town. It was an easy walk from the ferry. The apartment was well equipped. The price per night was very reasonable

Some of the beds were uncomfortable and noisey, which wasnt ideal with them all being in one room.
