I traveled with 3 children and the room temperature was +10/+13 degrees! We tried to turn on the heaters but they didn't work! The children slept in pants and sweaters! We were thoroughly frozen!

Location is excellent. Easy walking distance to the main Old Town area. Restaurants close by. Apartment is a decent size for 5 people.

Needs to be maintained to a better quality. No lights working in the stairwell, not great when you are carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs in the dark. Some of the light globes in the apartment didn't work - the kitchen was too dark to be usable. The radiators in the apartment were broken - oil heaters were put in their place except they tripped the power when turned on. Replaced with air heaters which also tripped the power. Tripping the power also shut off the hot water to the apartment. The shower is not enclosed at all so the entire bathroom ends up wet when the shower is used. Whilst a spacious apartment it needs to be better maintained.
