Desde el momento en que llegamos recibimos un trato muy cálido, Guillermo fue muy atento con nosotros, disfrutamos mucha la estadía y volveríamos sin dudarlo

We were able to walk everywhere from this location- cafes, galleries,restaurants, the Jardin. Breakfast on the patio was delicious- Juanito is a great cook. Guillermo can assist you with anything in perfect English. He made reservations for us several times at tight restaurants. We would come back here again.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We absolutely love the decor, staff, breakfast & drinks. Everyone is so friendly, the hotel is so clean & they will go above and beyond to accommodate your every need. The location is amazing, you’re right next to shops, restaurants, bars and a 4 mins walk to the town center. We will be back!

Great location and well done.

Had an issue with a constant smell around the sink in 2 rooms. The room was spotless but there was an old egg like odor by the sink. Manager was at first cooperative but then became extremely rude at the end. Insisted no one else had voiced a concern. He was upset we had a friend fluent in Spanish speak in our behalf to relay the issue. Rest of staff was incredible but he definitely left a bad impression on what would have been a great stay. Based on this, we decided against buying out the onsite restaurant for an upcoming event we are hosting.

Excellent place (adults only) with a great roof top and restaurant that is managed by another company. The hotel staff was very friendly and collaborative, we felt very welcome since the time we arrived. The room was great, we had a little outdoor patio with a hammok that was very private and we had the option to have breakfast outdoor. This is botique hotel with 10-12 rooms and it felt like staying in an antique house but at the same time with modern features. I recomend this hotel for couples wanting to spend a weekend and be close to all the good bars, restaurants and roof tops that San Miguel de allende has to offer. Everything is near by or whithin walking distance. For sure, We will use this hotel again in our next visiti to San Miguel and recomend it.

Instalaciones limpias y cómodas. El personal muy atento. Lo malo fue que el bar estaba cerrado y la regadera tenía un olor a caño.

I loved my stay at Clandestino. The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything, 5 min. walk to the main city center square, lots of cute shops and restaurants around. The hotel room was very comfortable, super cute, and nice amenities. The staff was fantastic! Very kind, helpful, and always friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
