Information folders were full of incorrect details. Reference to upstairs/downstairs for a single storey dwelling? Speaker in the kitchen which didn't exist, reference to a spa which didn't exist, reference to air conditioners and heaters in rooms that had none, baby gate which didn't exist, roller doors at back of garage when there was no garage and so on. Even instructions for putting out the bins for collection were for the wrong day. It is as if the instruction folder was for a different property.

Great location thats close to all sites. Amazing communications. Folders of information and manuals. Thoughtful touches here and there in the house.Variety of amenities. Overall we are very happy.

One bedroom suffers from being cold in winter as there is no heater or electric blanket.

"The perfect Rye retreat that takes you back to the days of family beach houses, with mod cons!"

Location and house beautiful, a modernist beach shack that is welcoming a bonus being it dog friendly! Note the 3rd bedroom is entered through the 2nd bedroom. The managers of the house were quick to act when we needed assistance.

It suited us very happily
