Holiday Inn Club Vacations New Orleans Resort by IHG

This was the perfect spot for our NOLA trip. Front desk staff were kind and responsive. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Mrs. Sue who works the front of the hotel is such an amazingly friendly employee who helped guide us around the area, took photos of us with props and held our bags for us. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to NOLA

This property has a 2 bed 2 bath suite which was quite convenient for traveling with a friend. It also has a washer and dryer on the 11th floor. Everyone was friendly and the place was super clean.

Only thing i didnt like was you could hear every noise from outside, so they need noise proof windows. Every noise i heard I was jumping out of my sleep

Great Stay, very welcoming and friendly. Great room. Very safe. Great keys so you always had the available and would not lose them. Gave all people in party beads as we entered. Greeted us as soon as we got out of our vehicle to start our stay. One of the young male valet drivers open up my passenger side door for me whenwe were leaving the hotel. I have never had that happen.

Front desk and valet was very good. Stayed 5 nights and getting fresh towels was like pulling teeth😕

The room was good except for the quality of the windows not being able to reduce the horrible street noise. People yelling all throughout the night. Streetcar goes right by the hotel and it is vwry loud in the toom.
