Holiday Inn Club Vacations New Orleans Resort by IHG

This is a great property with what feels like converted one bedroom apartments into a hotel suite. Can’t go wrong if traveling with kids and you want a separate sleeping area - the couches pull out into beds. We slept good but it is near bourbon and you can hear the commotion at times. We didn’t love the area but it is walking distance to the quarter and bourbon street. I would stay in the quarter next time but since we had kids this hotel made perfect sense and would recommend. The food scene nearby is bleak but walk a few blocks or take an uber to the quarter and you have plenty of options. We did not like the pool, it’s the smallest pool you’ve ever seen, and would be better as a hot tub. Not a good pool for kids. The laundry is only on one floor and so there is a battle for the few machines but you can wash clothes at no cost. Great facility, nice and clean, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

They were very pushy about accepting their time share. Since i did not accept it they were not helpful to my questions or requests

Great stay! People very friendly and hotel near Bourbon Street.

The rooms were nice and convenient. But, the service was not great. Checked in once and then got calls next day to check in. Had to go thru process again. Keys reprogrammed. Port communication with management. Called for service a couple times, never came. Dishwasher start button was under counter lip and had to use knife to start. Woke from Homeless fight outside window first morning. Had to park our vehicle for valet once.

We had a lovely 48 hour stay in New Orleans and were very impressed with this hotel and it's location. The team were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. So welcoming

The hotel room itself was clean and provided us the space we needed for a family of four. However, we were woken up nightly by revving engines, extremely loud music and yelling/fighting from the streets below. Have stayed in many hotels in New Orleans and never experienced noise levels like this, even directly on Canal St.

The hotel was great. I was fairly unhappy with the marketing for the timeshare ownership program.

Love the staff.

The stay was just relaxing and easy. Clean, quite and simple.
