"horrible"

As a person with a physical disability this place has placed me and my family at risk. one elevator has not been properly maintained since 2022 i took pics of the certificate it had posted the other one stops working at least 3 times a month. I hope both elevators are properly serviced soon and that my family and I do not get caught in it because that's a lawsuit. Today is Sunday the elevator stopped working before lunch on Friday around 11 am. i had to carry 800 worth of Walmart delivery (ordered online the day prior) and yes i carried my own groceries without help from the hotel staff ( Jenn) a guy helped me with two trips. Instead of Jenn stepping up to help a struggling single mother of three she was talking about donations GREEDYYY( i guess she needed them to except it smh. yet there I was heart problems and all. Second hand donations from a church that nobody within this shelter will NEVER see Jenn bluntly said it so the people and everyone that was trying to help stopped or slowed down. One lady left (STAFF) once she heard Jens message and i had to carry all the groceries up myself with one guy making 2 trips EVERYONE HERE has ulterior motives and not here to help for the right reasons

Front desk was very helpful and polite. Went to room to find dirty towels in the shower floor. Shown to our second room, slept. Noticed in the morning that a bed skirt was used as a blanket in the bed making. Pointed it out to front desk and they immediately apologized, and offered a discount in our stay. Issue was definitely with house keeping. Planning to stay there as often as I'm in the area!

"Poorly maintained.. at best!"

I wish I did not have to report on this but this hotel was just a disaster! From the outside it looks like a perfect jewel, from the inside not so much! The common areas were filthy, trash on the floors, in the elevators, week old fruit in the breakfast bowl, crumbs in the silverware drawers, ripped couch cushion in the guest room, old lumpy uncomfortable bed and stains on the carpet. In the gym there were two broken treadmills, no water in the dispenser and no one had even bothered to change the clock from DST in the past 3 weeks! Clearly there is NO attention to detail in this property. it is so far 'off brand' from Hilton that I took the GM, Jennifer Martinez's business card to email her. I emailed her, faxed her, called her left a voice mail and a message at the front desk and got no response whatsoever! Clearly Ms. Martinez does not care about taking care of any issues at her property or acknowledge a guest complaint. I did finally reach out to the corporate office in McLean, VA and they refunded me and apologized and said they would contact Ms. Martinez's leader regarding her performance. I have been Diamond for 20 years and have NEVER not had a response from a GM in the few instances that I have had a problem. I would never return to this property and suggest you skip it too.

No limpian los cuartos y el servicio es pésimo y las facilidades como la picina siempre hay que pedirles que la limpien y no limpian debajo de las camas hay que rogar por que le limpien el cuarto y nunca van

"Welcomed us like family"

We arrived on the evening before Thanksgiving and were treated like family. The service went well above and beyond. The room was fantastic. The best reviewers are actually our children who felt really at home and our son cried that he did not want to leave. This made our Thanksgiving much better, despite being far from family this Thanksgiving.

"Never Again! Not the Hilton experience used to"

Ididn't appreciate being woken up early every day by jumping, stomping running above from above us, not to mention the people on our floor across from us had a dog that constantly barked early mornings and late at night. Talked to staff about it was told they were aware there have been nothing but the same complaints yet nothing was done to stop it from continuing Floors and furniture had stains all over them 3 pillows on a king bed, asked for a 4th but was told all their pillows were on order and couldn't help and the ones they did have were given to some "important players" staying there. Towels felt like sand paper really rough to use on skin and face. I've been a huge Hilton Family person for many years, this was definitely NOT the Hilton I expected or ever experienced in the past. I will say that the staff we had (wish I could recall his name) was very understanding of frustrations but there was nothing they could do, was told hands were tied. Invoice came after check out was charged an additional night stay on my card when I paid cash for the 3 days there, only used the card for the incidentals that they hold of 100$
