Villa del Palmar Beach Resort Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive

It was a good price for what we received.

We had an amazing time

We showed up for our reservation (like literally shuttled from the airport) and were told at the front desk that the resort was under renovations and our reservation had been changed to a different resort 15 minutes away. Absolutely crazy! They acted like it was no big deal and said that we were sent an email. What?! Our reservation STILL says Villa Del Palmar in Expedia and I was just sent a review from this resort that we didn't even stay at. Literally this was so off-putting and a horrible way to treat people who pay a lot of money to stay in a resort. We were traveling with our young kids - basically we spent half a day going to a different resort and getting checked in while trying to keep our young kids busy with no apology. It was literally so crazy! Would never book with this resort again!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff and food was awesome.

Overall stay was great! Wish they had more pools.

Loved how we had so many activities to do, so many different pools. Good variety of restaurants.

i love the view of the ocean. i didn't like the fact that for everything you asked for you needed to sign a receipt with the high cost of the items and an opportunity to guilt you into tipping. every time i asked for something in particular i got a bad gesture when it came ti sing the tab all of a sudden the were very nice. we were very limited to our basket of snacks in the room and extra water we had to actually go down to the bar and get ourselves. did not feel like an all inclusion resort at all. i felt like i was being monitored on everything we consumed

Clean, beautiful grounds and room, staff go above and beyond.
