USOver the years we have been frequent visitors to the ISLAND BAY RESORT. Sue and Steve are continuing the attention to detail to everything that makes this a truly enjoyable designation. The hard working couple made Linda and I feel like we have met two new friends. We cannot wait for our return trip!
Visited for a birthday celebration. Our first time staying at this resort. Will definitely return!! Property and logging was beautiful and well maintained. Property managers Steve and Sue and Owner Daniel, which also happened to be visiting, are great people and very welcoming. Highly recommend!!

USThere’s a reason all the reviews scored so high. You’d be hard pressed to find a more private and inspired place while in Maui! Fabulous doesn’t describe how well the grounds are maintained. The staff was equally excellent looking after your every desire. Directly on the beach with free use of all their equipment. I can’t say enough good things. You’ll regret staying anywhere else!
Great place to turn off the iPhone and relax. Bring your snacks, build a charcuterie board or two and pop a cork. Wonderful calm area to kayak or paddle board even if you’re not a pro. Nice bay cove with iguanas! Sue and Steve’s hospitality is exceptional.
