Amazing stay! Lovely resort and owners. Room was perfectly clean, great furnishings and great amenities provided. The private beach was beautiful and had a few games to play which was a great extra! 100% recommend. The free use of kayaks, paddle boards were a brilliant touch also.
We just left our stay at Island Bay Resort! It was wonderful! The hosts Sue and Steve were great! If you want ZEN serenity surrounded by lush tropical foliage with a small private beach with plenty of beach chairs with umbrellas, hammocks and plenty of space. This resort only has 10 cottages so you never feel crowded. The cottage is quiet and perfect for couples! The decor is tropical and cozy. The kitchenette is great for simple meals and is stocked for simplicity, but still has all the basics. Everything is very well maintained . The location is pretty central to attractions and good restaurants. There is a shared laundry room with modern washer and dryer, and an ice machine that never ran out of ice! The grounds are kept immaculate, and the hosts were always eager to answer questions and offer anything that you might need! We would highly recommend this resort, and we definitely plan on returning!

GBThis pretty idilic boutique resort looks just like the images. Pristine white sand and a private beach with a jetty to feed the fish from. Kayaks when you please and the most amazing sunsets. The upkeep and beauty of the resort deserves 7*s!! . The room was impeccably clean and had everything we needed, there was even jungle spray left on the patio for us to use.

As the gate closes from the main road you enter an oasis of tranquility. Absolutely faultless in every way. The rooms, grounds, facilities it was all amazing. Everything you could need for a relaxing few days has been thought of and provided. Loved it.

The property was beautiful with lots of lush tropical plants. The downside was that the interior of our unit was palpably moist. The efficiency aspect of the unit enabled us to eat breakfast each morning before heading out. The “beach” on the property was well maintained and provided gorgeous views of the water. Use care with the paddleboat - the rudder was not working correctly and we had to go in circles to get it back on land.
This was our sixth visit in the past nine years, and the resort remains just as stunning and relaxing as the first time. The beach is exceptionally clean, with plenty of seating options for a perfect day of lounging or swimming. There are numerous activities to enjoy, including kayaking, paddleboarding, floating, and snorkeling. The grounds are beautifully maintained, adding to the peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the cooler and grill are thoughtful additions to the amenities. Steve and Sue are fantastic hosts, always ready to assist with anything you may need. We can't wait to return!
