There’s nothing I specifically did not like. I find it frustrating that nobody has a proper coffee machine and.

Location was perfect

The shower would not get hot no matter how long I ran the water. The sink got hot though. The bed was really uncomfortable, but the bedding was nice and warm

Pros: Clean room, lake view, easy walk to lake and village Cons: TV didn’t work. There was an issue with the shower providing hot water.

This is a small hotel near the Arrowhead town center. Our room was very nice, with some hand painted flowers on the headboard. The room had a comfortable bed with a nice quilt. There was a small refrigerator and a second sink. Our hostess, Jennifer was wonderful. We were welcomed to the reception area to get snacks and coffee whenever we wanted. Morning pastries were very fresh.

Pet friendly was a plus. Enjoyed our room and lake view. Would stay here again

The room smelled like bleach and mildew, the AC unit was a little annoying too. Bed wasnt great either.

I had a wonderful stay at this historic hardwood-framed mountain chalet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Jennifer, the Hotel Manager, went to extraordinary lengths to facilitate my very late arrival, even upgrading my room. She was fantastic. I also stayed an extra night. The breakfast spread both days was delicious and varied. The view is superb. Highly recommended.

Quite in peace

We did not stay. When we entered the room and checked the bedding it was stained and unclean. I was not comfortable looking at other rooms, as I felt with the condition it was in, other rooms would be the same. We canceled our stay with the woman who was checking us in. The exterior stairway to our room also felt unsafe. In the description of the hotel there is no information I could find that addresses the number of stairs involved, and the stairway to room we were to stay in, felt unsafe.
