Arrowhead Lake Inn

This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The customer service was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. The room was filthy the sheets and towels were clearly used and not washed. It was disgusting and unacceptable. They claimed that breakfast was included, but what they provided was a complete joke: just chips and popcorn. No coffee, no hot water, no milk absolutely nothing resembling a real breakfast. It felt like a scam. This place is dirty, dishonest, and badly managed. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel it’s a waste of money and a complete disappointment.

I love the view that the property provided along with a awesome service that the staff provided as well.

The inn was charming as was the room. But we were unable to stay due to the air conditioning situation. The staff graciously allowed us to break the reservation with full refund.

Our time at Arrowhead Lake Inn was very brief. The promised air conditioning was a roll-in unit that didn't work very well but was quite noisy. This was during a heat wave. The room was charming but the situation wasn't acceptable for us.
