"Would not recommend or stay again"

So many little things wrong. First and foremost, thin walls, thin floors!! You can hear literally everything from the rooms and hallways above! (We were on the 2nd floor) Just walking people sounds like they are stomping up and down the hall and there’s literally nothing you can do about it. Kept us up past 12am and woke us during the night. Then could hear kids screaming and jumping in the room above us. Just very cheap construction. Bathroom faucets were backwards so very hot water came blasting out of the cold water tap. Mattress was cheap and super broken down. Strange for a “new” place. Breakfast ran out of eggs at 7am and they weren’t replaced for over 30 minutes. Just all these little things were an inconvenience. Wouldn’t stay again

Check in was very smooth. Hotel lobby and parking lot very clean. The room was clean, however the bathroom needs attention. There was a smear on the mirror, the soap dish was dirty, and the shower doors needed to be cleaned. The beds were comfortable, and the individual heat/ac was a plus. The breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, Sausage links, as well as cold cereal, fresh fruit, toast and pastries. It was a good value. The breakfast area though was HOT! No Ac running and temp read 85. All in all I would stay here again.

Best team ever! The hotel is great, new, very clean, and very spacious. But the best part is the team. Everyone we interacted with is so incredibly pleasant and helpful, always going above and beyond. A special call-out to Freddie and Wendy. Thank you for making our large family gatherings in your lobby so very special. You were both so accommodating to hosting us night after night so we could spend quality time together. This is the second time this year that we’ve needed a welcoming space for our large group and you didn’t miss a beat. We are so very grateful for your amazing hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean! Seems brand new! Staff was excellent, and amenities were exactly as advertised. Perfect location for activities in both Corning and Watkins Glen. Highly recommend!
