"Nice Stay"

We stayed for two nights while exploring Watkins Glen and the vineyards. The location is great! Close to a shopping mall and while it was close to the major highways it was quiet inside the room. Room was well stocked and very very clean. The breakfast was decent and service was fantastic. My husband left his AirPods in the room after we checked out and they were kind enough to locate them and send them back to him.

Not much in the immediate area. Hotel was okay, nothing special. Breakfast options disappointing. Pool was a little chilly but otherwise nice. Rooms fairly decent and clean.

This property had no restaurant or lounge, the breakfast had no cooked eggs and was very lacking. Requested the room be made up each day and they made the bed and put in new towels but that was it. They did not clean at all (splash from rinsing coffee down the bathroom sink in the morning was still there when we returned in the evening). No vacuuming or washing. When waiting for elevator, bin of clean towels was covered with dirty linens with no barrier between. Very disappointing Nowhere to eat or get a drink.
