GREAT location, facility and staff.

The staff was great, and helped resolve several questions I had regarding facilities. The location was very convenient. The room was very comfortable.

This property (Inn on Charlotte) turns out to be under the same owner/manager as the Hemingway next door, and the one and only coffee maker for both inns was a Keurig machine at the Hemingway next door. There wasn't enough parking at the Inn, but we were given access to a space in a lot about 4 or 5 blocks away. The breakfast was OK (not bad, but not anything special; scrambled eggs with fruit and a croissant for all). Overall it was a nice place, but it felt overpriced. Then again, everything in town was overpriced, perhaps because it was the Christmas holiday season.

Great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The lady who showed us to our room was very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again

Nothing

The location was perfect, we could walk to many restaurants, the Fort, the Bridge of Lions, tree lighting, etc.

This was a Bed and Breakfast. We paid extra for breakfast, $15 per person, and it was disappointing. No choices, croissant, 2 scrambled eggs, 2 microwaved sausage links and a small bowl of fruit. Coffee was available, no tea. The parlor in the main building has been changed into a restaunt, so there was no sitting area. It was more like a boarding house than a B & B.

Breakfast was good. Location was great for our purposes.

Mattress could have been softer.

Location was the best.

The lock going to get coffee were not working.

The only think is if your trying to sleep where we were at it was difficult due to the porch on the door opening and closing from other guests.
