Inn on Charlotte Boutique Hotel

TV didn't work in my room # 7. No full length mirror..

We didn't stay. Once we arrived the room wasn't what we booked. They lied about practically everything. We asked was it quiet. It was so close to the bar & music blaring just awful. The room shower looked as if someone just took a shower.room was supposed to have a tub..the room was so small there wasn't room for a suit case etc. Almost like a large closet . Then we were told we'd have to park about a block away or so. I asked if on site parking which I was told yes,another lie 2 spaces and she told us they ( other people) could park there because they were disabled...we happily found a great room at the Hampton just down town..it was less$. Beautiful and really accommodating.plus breakfast including..we stayed there 4 days and the Hampton was awsome. Shuttle bus too

It was close in town. But not one thing more we didn't stay it was dirty and smelled like damp mildew in the front parlor..no one to greet us. After calling 3x a woman finally came who didn't speak clear English. It was by far the worst. I've stayed at several B&B in St augustine. Thought I'd book a new one ..so disappointing plus very expensive for they are pulling off

Comfortable and well located. It was great for us to walk and enjoy the George Street venues and restaurants.

The location!

The room was small for two tall/big people. And, you had to go to the building next door to obtain coffee before the breakfast time.

Very cute BNB in the center of it all, walking distance to trolley, shops & restaurants. Very friendly staff, beautifully laid out room. Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly, welcoming and gave us a short history on the property which we truly enjoyed.

The property was well kept, clean, and the staff and owners were really nice and helpful.

Owners were very nice and accommodating when we arrived later than expected.

No AC controls in the room
