JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa

We visited this resort recently with my family. I was upgraded to a room with a view to Nandi Hills. It was fantastic. The courteousness of the staff was top notch. I want to thank Saheli for arranging a cake since it was my son's birthday. The cake was delicious. We had lunch at Aaleeshan and loved the Pulao there. The buffet dinner at Aviary was sumptuous, especially the collection of deserts. There are multiple restaurants with wide variety of food. I want to specifically thank Suraj for taking care of our needs during breakfast and warm hospitality. The atmosphere was serene and view from the balcony was picturesque. The cleanliness is probably another factor to call out. The serenity of the environment with bird chirps and water fountain sound was very soothing. Overall it was one of my best stays across 50+ Marriott properties across the world and I am looking forward to my next visit here.

I recently celebrated my birthday at the Prestige Golfshire JW Marriott in Bengaluru, and it was by far the best hospitality I have experienced across the 100+ Marriott properties I’ve stayed at worldwide. A special recognition goes to Udaya Vishnu, whose warmth, attentiveness, and generosity made my birthday unforgettable. From the flawless arrangements to the thoughtful surprises, every detail was handled with genuine care and professionalism. His effort turned what was already a special day into an extraordinary experience, leaving me with memories I will always cherish. The Prestige Golfshire JW Marriott is a stunning property, but it’s the people like Udaya who elevate it to another level. This was an outstanding example of Marriott’s service at its very best.

The service throughout the banquet was smooth and attentive, and the guests thoroughly enjoyed the food. We also value the team’s flexibility with the birthday cake arrangements—when the client requested a change in the flowers used, the team quickly adapted to meet the preference without hesitation. This thoughtful approach made a significant difference. Overall, the professionalism, service quality, and willingness to accommodate last-minute requests played a huge role in making the event memorable. Thank you once again for your support.
