No way to like that property

BEING LUXRY 5 STAR HOTEL, ITS CLASS OF ITS OWEN BRAND, SPACIOUS, LOVELY, ENJOY EACH AND EVRY MOMENTS, ALL THE FACILITIE SU NAME AND ITS AVILABLE. they also have special bungalows with private pool. also has Grand golf course. all Indore and out door activates, small lake which has boating . big size rooms, with lots of other options, baby day care is available and having multiple cushion restaurants ample choice of foods. there hydrobiid biryani special. and many more, JUST GO ENJOY AND RELAX.

I was frankly disappointed by the place. My wife is a member of JW group and we were staying in Mulberry Resort and we decided to stay one night here just to have a look if we can repeat the place. And we do repeat the place. Before I start the review, I would like to have to the kindest opinion of Ms. Debolina. She is one the true employee who is concerned with customer well being. Right from the entry to exit, she was there and she helped us all the way. Thanks a lot Ms. Debolina . You are a star of customer service . Another star is Mr. Balaji from luggage picking dept. He did an impeccable job of handling our luggage and showing us the room and its nitti-gritties. The folks at restaurant were excellent too. The service is praiseworthy Now let us come to the hotel itself. - No organization of checkin: There was a wedding ( alas!) and customers were left to fend for themselves. Multiple check in stations caused further confusion. Upon complaint the manager said , we provide checkin at 3 but we are giving it to you @ 1, I was like dude, read the order. I mentioned that I am coing at 12. You could have called me but since you were distracted and busy showering me with unintended gifts , you forgot to do that. Absolute chaos and the incompetent manager handling it made a bad starting experience - Difficult to navigate : Hotel design is complicated. You need to goto level 1 to get down. I do not reside at the hotel. I do not know the way to my room. And there are no helpful direction. - Rooms are ok: For a price of 41k, the rooms are small-ish and have an opening right into corridor. You can hear noises from the people in the corriodor - TV: Had a display problem - Internet: Not working - Phone : Not working - Billing: Takes money in advance but do not release it on time . We had to tell them to keep it and bill remaining. - Roaming outside: Crowded place and the buggies run freely on the pedestrian subway, sometimes pushing pedestrians out. - Checkout- don't even ask. Overworked employees, sweating to get luggage on time. I didn't want to get angry but it took 35 to 40 minutes to get the luggage. Overall: Do better. I am not even unhappy, I am disappointed.And this is JW. And please mention on your site, if you got a wedding on the day we book. Please cater to the wedding first, then repeat customers. I am anyways not coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Prestige Golfshire. The property is stunning — loved the pool area and the beautiful view of Nandi Hills from our room. A special thanks to Gayatri, who made our check-in seamless and went the extra mile to make my birthday special with a complimentary breakfast and activities. Truly appreciate the warm hospitality. The breakfast spread and service was also top notch. Can’t wait to visit again.
