Most luxorious hotel complex I’ve ever visited. State of art hotel with superb service and restaurants. Right next to the most likely no. 1. golf course in India.

It's a perfect retreat from the hustle of bangalore city life. Surrounded by lush greenery and nandi hills. One can enjoy Nandi hill view from balcony . The resort has multiple activities to engage e.g. painting sessions, mini golf. The food here is another highlight.  Staff is very cooperative and attentive.

(Resuming my tripadvisor reviews after many years, thanks to this property for being the trigger) Stayed here for 2 nights, with family/friends for leisure, peaceful property, good spa and clean/spacious rooms. However been a bad experience from reservation till check-out and this is not the "Marriott Experience" that we expected. We booked (through their reservation team via phone) at their Mulberry Shades property and received a confirmation, however just a day before our stay we received a call stating a technical glitch confirmed our booking by mistake and they do not have a room available, and told us we were accommodated with an upgrade at JW Marriott. The restaurent service needs a lot of improvement, for lunch they wouldn't let us order from their a la-carte menu, for any item we ask for we were responded with "It will take time, it is not in the menu, go for the buffet instead, .. ". Had ordered some drinks from the bar, they never served till we left. They tried to pacify us at the dinner and the breakfast the following day though, doesn't help much. The feather on cap was when we were preparing to check-out around 5 past noon, we were all seated in one of the two rooms we had, we were trying to enter the other room to pick the luggages, but the keys wont work. The other room got locked as well with all of us outside. They have auto deactivation on their keys, wont let you enter your room after 12 noon if you aren't inside your room. With senior citizens with us, standing in the corridor, this was the least we expected to happen. Had to request the house keeping and after some Q&A, they graciously let us into our room, so that we can pick up our luggages and leave from there immediately. Informed this at the front desk, they didn't bother, probably its usual. Even a third rated property wouldn't auto deactivate the keys at the check out time, have the courtesy to atleast add 10 mins of grace time?? We paid a big bill for this stay, but the treatment from Marriott was "Time's up, get out.."...

Great location, amazing staff, delicious food! Our trip was absolutely perfect and the staff ensured that everything was to our liking. Mr Shreenath, Miss Vizo and Miss Ni Made especially were kind and welcoming.
