Great location, huge property , spacious rooms. Spa is great

Room was smelling bad. Room service was poor. To get one tampon they took 1.5 hours and had to call thrice. Undertrained staff to help with directions

The property sits beautifully at the foothills of Nandi Hills, and yes, the views are stunning. Sadly, that’s where the “5-star” experience ends. We had booked a signature suite, but what we got was more of a “signature puzzle.” Two doors — one real, one fake. Guess which one the room service had to use? Yep, the one that went straight through the bedroom. Because clearly, privacy is overrated. Add to that creaking hardwood floors in a property that’s barely three years old — definitely not the kind of “character” you expect in a luxury suite. Food? Overpriced and forgettable. Like most “luxury” hotels, the menu was less about catering to Indian palates and more about ticking boxes for an international crowd. Average at best. The spa was a comedy of errors. Day one, our couple’s spa booking didn’t exist in their system. Day two, we canceled our golf session for a jacuzzi spa, only to discover their jacuzzi wasn’t working. After an hour of waiting, we gave up. The spa director apologized and handed over her business card… which became the running theme of our stay. By checkout, we had collected 5–6 business cards — from the chef, the room manager, the spa director, and even the reception. I guess at JW Marriott Golfshire, “business cards” are the real souvenirs. We even requested some in-room snacks. The executive lounge manager generously gave his personal number, asked us to “call later”… and then never picked up. Truly, customer care at its finest. The buffet spread was wide but, again, quantity over quality. And checkout was another ordeal — we had to wait an hour for valet because staff were more focused on policing guests sneaking in alcohol (so they can sell the same thing inside at thrice the price). Priorities, clearly. All in all, this property has the scenery of a 5-star, but the experience of a 3-star — with a stack of business cards to remind you of every shortcoming. Not worth the money, not worth the hassle.

I stayed here over the weekend and had a wonderful experience. The property is stunning, set against the backdrop of Nandi Hills with lush greenery and serene golf course views. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, offering a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless stay. Food was a highlight - every meal was flavorful and well-presented, and the breakfast buffet was truly exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh options for all preferences. The resort also offers multiple pools, a tranquil spa, and family-friendly activities like pottery and painting. While weekends can feel a little busy, the overall ambience remains calm and rejuvenating. An excellent choice for a luxury weekend escape near Bengaluru.

​The overall experience was truly outstanding.The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. My wife and I were especially impressed by Gayatri and Vijay for their hospitality and seemless check-in. It was a lovely personal touch that Gayatri remembered our names throughout our stay. It made us feel like valued guests.They had everything ready for us, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Vijay was very knowledgeable about the resort and gave us excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Our server Sooraj and Afsana, provided truly exceptional service. They were attentive, polite, and made sure our dining experience was perfect. ​The resort itself is a stunning and peaceful property. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing sla, spacious and comfortable room with a garden view. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Thank you once again for making this a perfect getaway. I look forward to stay at this magnificent property again soon with my family and friends.

Had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Golfshire. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout, with plenty of fun activities that my kid loved.
