Très belle hôtel calme beaucoup de service spa salon de coiffure le Personel et très agréable

We got there at 3 pm and the rooms were not ready. The staff at the reception was not friendly and they made us wait and fill out a ton of papers to check in. I would never go back

Notre séjour à cet hôtel aurait pu virer au cauchemar sans l'intervention de Madame Fatine, qui a su rectifier une situation malencontreuse. Malheureusement, l'accueil initial par la réceptionniste était très décevant et a sérieusement terni notre séjour. Hôtel agréable, propre et bien géré.

Personnel très serviable mais hôtel très mal situé pour les touristes, comptez 25 à 30min en voiture pour aller jusqu’au centre.

Need to clean rooms smell was awful and zero hygiene standards

In the three day of my stay, not once the room was cleaned/bed made. There were no tissue paper. To talk to receptionist was always quit a wait. The hotel is far from city centre.

Le réceptionniste à l’arrivée n’était pas très souriant et sympathique.

Nous sommes arrivés dans la soirée et le check in a été très rapide, les dames a à l'accueil ont été accueillantes. La chambre est confortable, propre et le petit déjeuner à 60dhs est super également. Bref un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Incroyable magnifique hôtel nous reviendrons c est sur merci !!!!
