Overall, it’s a nice hotel. I wasn’t a fan of the lengthy checkin questionnaire they ask you to fill out, seems unnecessary. The room is spacious. The pool area is nice. Security staff are nice as well. The cons of this stay; bathroom needs renovations. Found bugs inside the bathroom, a huge cockroach was on the floor the last morning of our stay. The front desk clerk was not really helpful. One of the days they serviced our room they took all the towels and didn’t replace them. We asked the front desk and he said he couldn’t do anything. I thought maybe go into a vacant room and grab towels from there?? We were without towels from about 8pm till 2pm the next day. Even when we asked the room service personnel they said they would get them right away took more than an hour when finally my husband went back to the front desk and they finally gave us towels. Like I said overall it’s a nice property for the price. Just the customer service and bathrooms need an upgrade

que dire de ce sejour sinon que je n’ai reconnu en rien tous les mauvais commentaires lu a son propos et j’appréhendais. Tout d’abord les chambre sont certes petites mais tres bien tenues et propres. L’hotel est tres bien entretenu dans ses aborts (piscine, espace verts, parking). Mon check in a ete tres rapide. La restauration n’est pas exceptionnelle mais tout a fait acceptable et abordable. En bref, ravi du sejour.
