"Pas ce que je voulais "

Normalement c'était un voyage entre amie Pour le Check-in on a rester 1h30 de 16h a 17h30 Enfin on a pris la chambre 422 la douche ne fonctionne pas 2h pour avoir un technicien pour réparer le problème Un bagagiste deja prise on etais obligé de prendre nos valises seul Le matin a 9h ou même avant les bruits des travaux de piscine donc a pas put profiter de la grâce matinée Pout le check-up le bagagiste étais pas disponible l'inventaire donc encore une fois on a récupéré nos valises seul L'emplacement est superbe L'hôtel top mais ol faut revoir les stratégies Recruter les personnes surtout dans la réception 3 personnes super long Voilà il faut améliorer beaucoup de choses malheureusement

De service is hartstikke slecht. Je moet heel lang wachten voordat je aan de beurt komt. Ook was mijn hotelkaart geblokkeerd en moest ik buiten een half uur wachten. Vervolgens zelf weer terug gegaan naar de receptie. Het eten is ook heel erg slecht en onhygiënisch. We krijgen vieze servies en de personeel in heel het hotel is zeer onklantvriendelijk! De meest vreselijkste hotel ever!

"Poor staff"

Poor staff at entry who claimed I had no reservation and left me to contact hotels.com whilst being reluctant to talk to me. They were rude on entry and when leaving so even though the hotel was lovely I will not be returning.
