We hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad. Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten en een goede locatie. Leuke sfeer en toffe animatie!

My self and wife booked for 2 weeks. When we arrived there was a problem with the room and they had to send us to a different hotel. Because they said they had water problems but to couples in front of us goy rooms. Not a happy camper.

The food was good the rooms were clean some reception staff were lovely when leaving the receptionist coukd even ask did u enjoy your stay safe home

The dinning area was like a school canteen neither relaxing or 4 star clather bang rushing up and down clearing plates coffee was dreadful. The enterainment area again like a school hall accustics were terrible no soft furnishing to relax, compared to our ecperience in other 4 star adult only very poor.

The staff were superb, especially Jennifer, Maricarmen and ?I think her name was Ellie?; the food was excellent; the hotel was beautifully clean; the rooms were large and comfortable (but the mattress slightly hard); most of the down sides that might have been expected of a smaller hotel such as limited variety of food didn’t actually arise. The only possible negative was that the hotel is located in a residential area, some distance from facilities such as shops etc - but that is a matter of personal preference. Overall this was an extremely enjoyable and modestly priced stay.

My wife and me booked our honeymoon at Hotel Pocillos Playa with the expectation of a peaceful getaway. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. Upon arrival, we were informed that there were ongoing renovations in the hotel, and we were moved to a different property. Instead of the calm atmosphere we envisioned, we found ourselves placed in a much larger, noisier establishment (very close to airport) filled with families and children. In fact, we specifically chose Hotel Pocillos Playa because it's an only adult hotel. Additionally, the staff did not seem to handle the situation well; they find a quick alternative way but without informing us. As customers, we'd like to be informed if something's different from what booked, in order to decide if go somewhere else or not stay at all. That left us feeling rushed and unimportant. We would suggest a better communication for the next customers that will be in our same situation. Stefano and Lidia
