Staff were warm, friendly and always willing to help

Hotel is only small but really nice and clean staff were excellent and the location was fantastic just on the edge of the more lively part of Puerto del carmen but within a 20 min stroll along the promenade to reach this promande is a really lovely and clean walk all just pretty flat and one level.

Nothing really me and my wife had a really great and relaxing time weather food hotel was all as we had hoped for.

Good food, nice staff, heated swimming pool, tranquillity.

The wi-fi was terrible, I didn't have it in my room, had to go outside to have a signal. Only 2 bedside lamps in the room, no more light, very dark after sunset. Loud fridge. Broken toilet flap.

The food could be better and it's almost always Luke warm, Some of the sockets didn't work in our room but we managed

Great location. Supermarket and beach just a 3 minute walk down the hill. Rooms relatively nice and clean. Food choices varied and most of the time you will find something you like. Also the egg bar was well managed and eggs properly cooked. Ladies in the spa were very nice and massage fantastic.

All inclusive drinks all crap (25% alcohol in spirits). Not worth the money for sure. Half board is more then enough here. Spa area very outdated; paint falling off walls; jacuzzi smelly. I did not like spending time there. Main receptionist during the day fairly cold when dealing with guests.
