It's closed, I made a booking and when I got there the hotel was closed, there was a man working there and he said that the police closed him because he didn't pay the bills, they don't even refund his money

INThe property was closed and yet it showed up on booking.com. I found that out when my partner reached there at 1 am in the night. After that, she had to walk around in the city for 3 hours trying to find a hotel to sleep in as it was a busy bank holiday weekend which caused immense distress. Highly irresponsible and incompetent work by both the property management and booking.com.
