Elegant and spacious 2 bedroom

It was comfortable. Bed sheet were clean. Owner easy to reach on whatapps to reply quickly to questions.. The two bedrooms were comfortable. The living room was comfortable. The Internet connection was good. Enough toilet paper. Shower pressure good.

The gas oven could be updated. Maybe more towel like one for the body and one for hair and face.

Had a TV with sky and Netflix.

Needs a new oven had to guess what gas mark it was on as the knob was missing and flames kept on going out on the hobs. Had to chase my deposit back.

- The location was perfect! The flat is in zone 5 and it was really close to my house so all my family could stay over for my graduation day. Outside the flat you have a bus that goes straight to the station. - The flat was really big and comfort and also really warm. - The landlord is really good and available. - Wi-Fi really good. - The price was good.

IT WASN’T CLEAN AT ALL! Everything was perfect but I’m so sorry was really dirty especially the kitchen. My family have been for one week and they couldn’t cook something or even having breakfast. The kitchen was so sticky, the utensils were so dirty and not clean so was impossibile to use them. Even the cupboard was so sticky! So every evening when we were going out in central London they were spending money for eating outside (and London is very expensive) or coming to my house for preparing something. This is the reason why I will not rent again this apartment … the cleaning is ESSENTIAL! Plus initially was smelling really bad especially the kitchen and the moquette on the entrance.

The address in google maps is wrong and the entrance/door to the apartment is on the side, not visible at night (very hard to find).

Our host was exceptional. He came over on arrival and drove us in his car around the neighbouhood, pointed out the neighbouhood grocery stores, pointed out and explained how to get around the bus route, tube station, etc. He was available and supportive whenever we needed anything. He brought a new washing machine (the old one went bad), a new blender (wasn't listed in the property but he got it for us on request), an extra duvet, and an extension cable. We really liked that the kitchen was away from the living room and had very good cross ventilation. Kitchen also had several large pots, which is very good if you are travelling with a large family. Lots of useful stuff in the kitchen. The rooms and living room were ok. The bus stop is a minute from the house, which was really convenient. We could also take a 30 minute walk to the tube station through the conservation park and the walks were really enjoyable. The grocery stores were a 10 minute walk from the facility and the neighbouhood was calm with lots of greenery and 'clean' air. Our flight was at night and our host allowed us a late check out for free. The security deposit was promptly refunded.

The garden could have been better. It was unkempt and that was a shame because there were lots of sunny days and we couldn't use it. The walk way to the front door needs to be cleared of unkept grasses. The 'pipes' under the water tank in the kitchen didn't give a good sight. Casing it would give some facelift to the kitchen. The kitchen needs a thorough clean out, including the glasses, plates, pots, cutlery. The Cleaner did not do a good job. The curtains in the kitchen need a change too. The furniture in the living room probably need to be refurbished or changed as they are worn.

We loved the property though we wanted to extend our stay due to high booking we missed it’s a super property highly recommend Land Loard service super he answer call any time and continue to check on us all in order
