Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Guest internet access; self-parking; InnSpire to access apps & stream media to TV from own device; 2, 16oz water bottles per day; domestic long distance calls (30 min a day). Construction at the property is ongoing. During construction, you will see and hear the sights and sounds of work in progress. Construction work is scheduled Monday–Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., with occasional weekend work. Overall the property is really nice. For it to be a true 5 star though, housekeeping needs to improve as well as maybe offering room service? That part was odd. But the villa was really nice, kitchen had everything you need. Again, housekeeping needs to improve.

Superbe property. Spacious elegant rooms. Wonderful pools. If you’re looking for a luxurious place to stay that is quiet, this is the place for you. Also sunset from the beach across the street is sublime. Only downside, beach across the street is on the smaller side and waves pretty choppy.

The rooms are amazing. Pool area is great. Staff is great. Close to lots of restaurants. The beach area though - is eh. Wouldn't stay here if looking for a great beach.

The central location of the resort on the island was perfect for our family. We traveled to the north and south parts for beaches, restaurants and excursions so HGV was great as a central location! Our 2 bedroom villa, in building 3, was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. We have two teenagers who needed their own beds and my husband and I don’t like sharing a bathroom with them! Lol! It was very spacious, so clean and very new. The washer and dryer was a great bonus too!! The property pools were very nice, the beach club had pretty good options for food when we didn’t feel like dining out. The beach across the street from the resort was really nice too. Parking was never a problem for us and the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We would most definitely stay here again, if we have the opportunity to come back to Maui!

Overall, our stay at the hotel was comfortable, but we did run into an issue that left us disappointed. During check-in, the staff didn’t inform us about the amenities and benefits included with our reservation. Unfortunately, we only found out about them toward the end of our stay, which meant we missed out on using several features that could have made our experience even better. While the hotel itself was pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable, clearer communication at the start would have really improved our visit. I’d recommend that the hotel staff make it a point to explain what’s available to guests at check-in so others can enjoy the full experience.
