The room and amenities were amazing! Great views all around!

Beautiful with perfect service

Been a member of HGVC for over 20 years and this is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever seen. First morning I call for a toaster and was told there were none available. I offered $50 if they wanted to run to Walmart but one magically appeared within the hour. The next day, no one showed to operate the grab and go so the store remained closed all day, n morning coffee. Yesterday o called at 430pm and asked what time our room would be cleaned and was informed that the housekeeping staff had left for the day but that they’d clean our room before 10 am the next day. Just got back from the beach a 3pm and yep, you guessed it. Not cleaned but they offered clean towels. There’s more but not worth mentioning at this point. If you’re here to buy in to their club, buyer beware, this is a terrible investment. If you’re here just for a hotel for a few nights, there’s better choices and value throughput Maui.

This place has great potential, but the lack of amenities and poorly maintained grounds would discourage me from returning. The pools need regular servicing, and the rooms are not cleaned as scheduled. Additionally, they seem to focus more on selling timeshares than on maintaining the facility.

Hilton does it well! Beautiful, spacious and well appointed one bedroom with full kitchen. Lovely pools, and pool bars. Great location in Kihei, on the island of Maui. We were in building 10, which only has a tiny peek of an ocean view and sadly a good view of the construction of buildings 11 and 12. So it would have been worth paying the extra points for a room with a better view. As Elite plus we didn’t get a free upgrade as we occasionally do. Lots to see in Maui, we highly recommend these beautiful villas.

The staff on site were extremely helpful and super nice. All the staff you came across always said hi to you. The rooms were awesome

Their gym area is very small, given how big the resort is. When we first got to the room housekeeping left some trash on one of the beds. The second time, housekeeping left used gloves on the TV stand

Beautiful and close walk to the beach to watch the sunset!

Great pool and beach area. Easy to make your own meals. Mixed messages from staff on whether we were required to wear a wristband everyday. We stayed for 1 week and they don’t cleanse your room everyday or even a couple days unless you ask (and there was no guarantee they would get to your room).
