Beautiful location. 1 mile and a half walk via Loch edge from Balloch. Shop centre and sealife.. Duck bay beautiful..... Been a few times... Will return

Fabulous hotel. Recently renovated. Restaurant was superb. The views were fantastic. Not a complaint but a suggestion. It would be helpful to have a vending machine with bottled water. You have to go to the bar and purchase a bottle of mineral water at over £6 per bottle. Apart from that absolutely brilliant.

Great location when travelling to the north of Scotland, excellent Restaurant, good hassle free parking.

Only a basic double room available as we were late making our booking but we were very pleasantly surprised with our ground floor bedroom. We even had an outside seating area! Had dinner on the evening of arrival in the hotel restaurant. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back again.

Welcoming arrival and was very happy to get an upgrade of our room on arrival with amazing views of Loch Lomond. Very clean room and hotel. Service in the restaurant could have been better not very attentive and had to ask for desert menu and bill and still waited a while!

Duck Bays location on Loch Lomond was beautiful and a prime spot for our travels around Scotland. The staff were great from the front desk to the dining and housekeeping folks.
