The hotel itself was great and within walking distance to attractions, however, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel was a little sketchy. We walked to PNC Park and didn’t feel super safe, so we Ubered back after the game.

Disappointing Stay Despite Recent Facelift Our check-in process started off well, but things quickly went downhill. Upon arriving at our assigned room, we found the door propped open and the space clearly uncleaned. We returned to the front desk and were given a different room, which unfortunately still had issues, scuffed walls and doors, and noticeable dirt on the wall near the toilet. While the property appears to have undergone recent renovations, the beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable, which made for a restless night. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. Although service runs from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m., by 8:00 a.m. there were no sausages, muffins, bread, or juice available, and the eggs were nearly gone. Overall, this was the most disappointing hotel experience my family has had, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. We booked for work purposes for about three weeks. While the location was convenient, the property lacked proper care and maintenance. One night, strangers entered one of our rooms — apparently with a key — and we never received an explanation. There were mice in the second-floor rooms, and despite reporting it, nothing was done. During breakfast, people who were not hotel guests would come in. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience and I would not recommend it.

Had a mouse in the room.. didn’t stay the next night.. suppose to get a refund haven’t seen it yet!

Positive and easy experience

Chose this hotel based on price and location. It's about a mile walking distance from PNC Park and fine for walking back at night. The last block or so is iffy but there was a police presence. Hotel was fine but nothing special. Unimpressed with the breakfast starting at 7 daily which ruined our ability to eat breakfast at the hotel and was inconvenient since most hotels start breakfast earlier especially during weekdays. Breakfast was mediocre and shoved into a small room. Choice hotels do a poor job with "free breakfast" anyways. Room was clean. They need to paint- doors look they have taken a beating. Parking was fine but seemed to fill up quickly. I would not stay again based on the breakfast availability and the lack of decent free breakfast.

The staff in the breakfast area were very very nice and attentive to my needs as a guest ! I can’t recall The young lady’s name , it starts with an “S” but she was very nice and polite and professional and if she had anything to do with the bacon & potatoes on the bfast line PROMOTE HER !!!!
