this property was perfect for me and my family but the only thing was that while we were sleeping we heard mice in the room and then when I spoke to one of the firm that personal, they told me that they do have a infestation mine is because they have an a random building next-door to the property so that’s the only thing if you’re afraid of mine is like I am just reconsider that but other than that, this place was amazing. I didn’t eat clearly because I didn’t feel safe didn’t but I did use the pool in the patio on the top.

I called before my stay to confirm if I needed a physical card or if I could pay with Apple Pay. I was told I needed a physical card, but that it would not be charged until checkout. When we arrived, the front desk stated that only the card on file would be charged at checkout, and that the physical card would not be used at all. Despite this, the physical card was charged multiple times during the stay. On top of the billing issues, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Policies were inconsistent, and each employee gave a different answer while blaming others. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms or provide towels even when requested. Their carts were often left blocking hallways while staff spoke loudly on the phone using vulgar language. The hotel itself was poorly maintained. The bathtub spigot was loose and unstable, the only luggage cart was broken, the hallways (other than the first floor) were dirty, bed frames had holes, duvets were missing covers, and there were crumbs on the beds. This was an unacceptable stay. I will not return to Comfort Inn and cannot recommend it to anyone.

The motel was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable and we felt safe. But it’s a shame “some”people in this area don’t respect their own neighborhood. We saw trash just thrown down on the sidewalk not far from trash cans. We saw what appeared to be a few homeless people suffering in 90 degree heat. It would be nice for local people to help find shelter for this people down on their luck, perhaps mentally ill.

They seem to be in the middle of renovating. Some doors were repainted while others were extremely scratched up. There are also a lot of busy and one-way streets around the property, so I had to do a couple of loops to get to the parking lot. My microwave was missing the spinning plate. Besides that, it was affordable and had a little lounge area.l in the room, which was nice. It’s totally fine.

The room was decent but you can tell they did not clean the restroom too greatly. When you walked in it was the appearance of a very clean bathroom but as you look around the knobs of the sink in the corners of the floors and around the edges that were hidden it was dirty. A male housekeeper knocked on our door in the morning when we were trying to get ready we could have been sleep. He wanted to answer to clean the room but we had a do not disturb sign on our doorknob and he still Disturbed. Not saying that this company is not on their game but maybe we just had a bad choice of knock in the bathroom could have been better and a little more comfortable. Front desk was very nice. Everywhere that I seen in the hotel look pretty clean. I have pictures but why post them? A manager can speak to me if he wants any clarification. But yes I do have photos. The room look nice in the beds were super comfortable. The biggest problem of this trip is after we paid $45 for early check-in through another card they tried to still charge the original card that was on file after we clearly paid it with a different one in person. So basically they try to get us for another $45 smh not good looking ...

the hotel was fil;led with a party and there was no room for parking. After dining out and returning to the hotel,there was no place to park.We had already put a deposit on the room but was unable to continue.We had to cancel our reservation due to the unsecure parking. We had traveled from Tennessee and was looking forward to our stay.

Decent stay, although for the price I did expect more. The doors need more sound proofing and/or staff needs to make loud people leave the hallways and common areas and go outside instead. A group of people thought they could be as loud as they wanted on the landing area above the lobby until at least 11 PM. Nobody did anything about it. Unacceptable. I recommend avoiding rooms on Floor 2 for the lack of soundproofing.
