They have mouse running around. No safes in the room as promised. Sketchy crowd and lots of problems during check in. They also wanted me to pay for parking outside on the street in front of the hotel even though there are no signs.

They as so rude and mean and took money without giving me a room the first nite then the second nite when I left trying to say I owe money and I don't remember u took money from me that was not even right without giving em a room I am homeless so they had me sleep outside when I pay for the room saying my card would not work they was not even trying to fix the problem just told me to leave

Breakfast was nice and dining area but because of the rodents we were skeptical if the food was safe to eat. We stayed for 2 nights and had 4 rooms, two being the wrong room and the one infested with mice. No compensation given. The health department should probably investigate this hotel since this isn’t the first complaint of rodents.

They were very accommodating when I accidentally booked the wrong date on a non-refundable stay. They changed my booking and only charged a small fee. I’ll definitely book here again
